Terms of Use

Website Agreement

Effective Date: February 19, 2026

Welcome to the Alpin Law website (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Accessing this Site, communicating with Alpin Law via email, or submitting information through our web forms or chat interfaces DOES NOT create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship with Alpin Law is established only after a formal conflict-of-interest check has been completed and a written engagement agreement has been mutually executed by you and an authorized representative of the Firm. Until such an agreement is signed, you are not considered a client of the Firm, and we owe you no duties of representation.

2. No Legal Advice

The materials, articles, and other information provided on this Site are for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, compliance, or technical advice. The law is rapidly evolving. While we strive to keep our content accurate, we make no guarantees that the information provided is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation. You should not act or refrain from acting based on any information obtained from this Site without seeking tailored, professional legal counsel regarding your specific facts and circumstances.

3. Communications and Confidentiality

Before an attorney-client relationship is established, any information you input on this site is not considered to be part of the attorney-client privilege.

Do not transmit highly sensitive, proprietary, or classified information, trade secrets, or specific network vulnerabilities to us via this Site before an attorney-client relationship is established.

Alpin Law expressly disclaims liability for any interception, data breach, or exposure of information transmitted unencrypted prior to the formal establishment of a secure, privileged communication channel.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, legal analyses, graphics, logos, and digital architecture, is the exclusive property of Alpin Law and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You expressly agree not to:

  • Reproduce or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
  • Utilize automated web scrapers, spiders, or artificial intelligence crawling bots to extract data, legal articles, or attorney information from this Site for the purpose of training large language models (LLMs) or populating external databases.
  • Attempt to breach the security architectures of the Site, deploy malicious payloads, or conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning.

You may share any portion of our site if it is accompanied by a citation to our site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. ALPIN LAW MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE SITE, THE CONTINUITY OF HOSTING SERVICES (E.G., CLOUDFLARE), OR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION INCLUDED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE IS FREE FROM VIRUSES, ZERO-DAY THREATS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpin Law, its partners, attorneys, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any linked third-party architectures.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
